Good god I hope the alumnus posts the video publicly. Can’t believe that ex headmaster got away with doing coke with ex-students. The rest of the school was pretty terrible. Some people/ teachers were nice but it’s got a horrible vaping problem and the execs+most of the new teachers… I probably can’t say how I feel about them on here. Also DO NOT send your special needs child here as it doesn’t provide them and is super disorganised, it makes a fortune just from being a sped scam. They gave parents info to students to call them to ask for donations, which is completely inappropriate and the 400,000 dollars it raised TWO YEARS AGO, hasn’t done anything. It’s supposed to be for a new building and no construction or even planning has started.

Stuff that happened in the school within the last few years:
Headmaster got caught on video snorting coke with alumni and claiming to be the Katoomba high headmaster.
Lots of vaping, from almost everyone.
30-40% of teachers left in a single year. The mass exodus was caused by the headmaster mentioned before and has completely screwed the maths department.
Head basketball guy asked a student out for coffee, has said THE slur which I can’t say on here in front of many students, is very over the top and is focused more on getting players to play in the states rather than having a good experience.
“Deane of curriculum” kept giving herself titles because her partner handles grammar finances, even though she’s never taught HSC.
Doesn’t provide the special needs services it says it does and makes a fortune from it’s sped scam.
All of the execs have been incredibly greedy and I’m glad I’ll never see that “school” again.
