Brighton Secondary School

This school is pretty bad. I auditioned for the SIM program (music), the teachers teaching music are nice, you can chat with them, wave hello, and I can trust them. Most other teachers... They hand out ESD's for just asking your peers questions, my teacher simply mentioned that there are only work-related chats, all I did was ask my peer a question and I received a warning, I asked after class why my name was put on the board, they said I was arguing and given an ESD! I can bond with some teachers, they are fun and actually teach you things, they give reasonable consequences for asking questions in class and don't be plain out rude. The toilets are absolutely disgusting, there is graffiti, broken property and the toilets always smell like vape smoke. The PE change rooms are filled to the brim with deodorant spray, what about kids with asthma?! There are always big groups of students gathering and an apparent fight is happening, and the reason for the fight is always something dumb. The students included in the fight are spoken to but the bullying just continues! The canteen is very overpriced for school students, a small paper tray of nachos for $6.50? No, thank you. This school is good and you can have a safe and fun time most of the time. I do recommend this school just don't start unnecessary drama and don't be disrespectful to students, you are just making them more insecure and scared. Otherwise, there is a lot of bullying and unfair teachers.

There is a lot of drama and toxic people in the school but other than the lack of respect most students have the school is pretty good although I find difficulty in opening up and trusting the teachers and I would say that this would also go with much other students in the school. The food is not that good at all and the food is also overpriced and generally isn't worth the really long waits in the line.
