The uniform policy regarding peircings, hair colours, socks and shoe colours are unnecessary, and create unnecessary friction between students and the school/school staff. The quality of the laptops in the horizons program is not worth how much it costs. There are many smart students at the school, but most are reluctant to do extracurriculars or participate in the SRC (student representative council). This may be because of the unnecessary rules around uniform, and just a general lack of connection to the school community. The principle and other high up staff are out of touch with their students, and are more focused on the outside appearance of the school. Overall, the school is average.
