It is deeply saddening to witness the extent of harm caused by the Burrabadine School Principal, Deputy, and Board Chair—and equally troubling that none of these three have yet shown the heart, courage, or integrity to take full responsibility, acknowledge the damage done, or pursue genuine reconciliation.

Many from Burrabadine Village—as well as former school staff and volunteers—have been left grappling with experiences of dishonesty, bullying, broken promises, and a lack of neighbourly care or commitment to repair. The absence of repentance or redress from leadership and board is both concerning and shameful.

These are not just failures of leadership—they are failures of love, trust, and responsibility.

Words cannot describe how immoral the leaders and board have been

If the principal and her deputy think what they’re doing is right, then why don’t they come out and talk about how they treat the staff and the mission community living on the property? They bully and control people in a way that’s not okay, making staff feel pressured and scared instead of supported. Good leaders should be fair and care about others, but instead, they seem more focused on themselves. When leaders act selfishly, lie, and treat people badly, things will always turn into a mess—and that’s exactly what’s happening under them.

Interested in making money and doing things as cheaply as possible. Enrolment decisions based on who is closest to those in charge.
