Head of department is missing for weeks , no one to listen and share information

i dropped out at the start of year 12 in 2021. there were only a couple of teachers there that cared about the kids there and about them actually learning things. i was constantly singled out by certain teachers, one hospitality teacher purposely threw out my assignments and told me i had to do them again or i would fail. i had a lot of staff be rude to me constantly because of the people that were in my class. whoever is hiring the teachers of camden high need to do a better thorough job. rather than hiring the people who just need the money and don’t care about the students. during my last 3 years there, everyday was a joke.

The school is ok but in my opinion they spend money in the wrong places and don’t have many really good teachers. They have gotten new ones this year so more time is needed to say weather or not the teachers have improved. The school needs better student discipline and teacher respect (both ways). The office staff are also pretty useless only a few of them are nice to students and do what they say they are going to do where as most of them are rude and never get anything done. They even lose important forms and money as well as belongings. The canteen is also way to expensive to even justify spending money there. They also only use Facebook to give out information even though they have an app. And even when they do give out information via Facebook it is almost always a week or 2 late.

The classes are good and the opportunities given to the students are amazing, the teachers and discipline systems need work
