I would describe it as a hard-working school. However, they try to hard to be like and compete with private schools in the area like Shore and Monte. Push students very hard and give significantly high amounts of unnecessary and ineffective homework that student tend to just complete instead of putting in effort because of time. The school expects 20+ hours of study outside of school and homework a week which is insane don't consider student well-being at the core issue, although they provide a school counsellor and "sympathy". Further, the open learning plan is distracting and creates a terrible learning environment for students it is very distracting and loud. 50/50 split of good and bad teachers which has been improving every year however they continue to be short staffed and tend to educate students with substitute teacher quite often for lengths like whole terms and semesters. Students tend to be kind and have a good junior school environment however the school doesn't tackle bullying enough on the junior campus well enough as I know first hand and second hand from siblings and acquaintances this is a massive problem at the junior campus. Further, as it is a public school you will always have your lazy thuggish personalities spread throughout but this is just a small percentage of student alike many public schools.
Very bad, The teachers don't teach at all and the students are terrible. The students are a bad influence on my children and I'm very disappointed at this school. They don't even teach the right curriculum and focus on mental health over education.
