where do I start? This school is horrible, everything about it makes me sick to my core. it ruined my entire life. gave me depression, anxiety, ruined my social relationships, and made me feel worthless. this school has horrible rules and guidelines. forces female students to wear the hijab, even though the hijab is a choice in islam, tracks the students menstrual cycles in order to force them to attend the mosque to pray after a certain period of days in ‘girls room’ (a room where girls are locked inside while they are bleeding, not allowed to leave, not allowed to buy food, not allowed to talk sometimes). the school pushes extremist rules in the name of islam which horribly represents our peaceful religion. have to wear black knee high socks, skirts are down to our ankles, have to have a tightly pinned hijab, and get detentions if it is unpinned. the school cares more about uniform then actual teaching and learning. the teachers do not know how to teach, they read of powerpoints and expect students to teach everything to themselves. forced to enter the school wearing a blazer everyday, and if you dont, you get a detention. no phones allowed at all, not even during recess and lunch, if you get caught with your phone once, your year level coordinator keeps your phone for 24 hours, and twice, the coordinator keeps your phone for an ENTIRE term, WHICH IS 10 WEEKS. absolutely no makeup allowed, not even a little bit of concealer, and if your caught with makeup they stuff makeup wipes in your hand and watch you while you wipe your face. they do not consider the girls with insecurities, or severe facial imperfections which they get bullied for constantly. students not allowed to go to the bathroom during period 1 and 3, denying us our human right of using the bathroom. the girls in the school are horrible, jealous, stuck up and rude, bullying others. there is a constant social hierarchy in the school, its basically like the mean girls movie. DO NOT SEND YOUR DAUGHTERS HERE, they will most likely become suicidal.
