Consider other options: This school is falling short
From one parent to another, I would strongly advise reconsidering sending your child to this school.
After many years at the school, we’ve started to notice just how bad it really is once you begin digging beneath the surface.
* Poor behaviour management: Bad behaviour is not properly addressed, creating a disruptive environment for students.
* Lack of communication: There’s a significant gap in communication between the school and parents, making it difficult to stay informed about your child's progress or any issues.
* No extracurriculars: The school offers very few extracurricular activities, limiting development opportunities for students.
* Instability in leadership: Constant changes in staff and leadership have created an environment of uncertainty and lack of direction.
* No improvements: There’s no visible effort or drive to improve the school environment or student experience.
* No sense of community: There’s no cohesive sense of belonging or community within the school.
* Policies are for show: The school has policies in place that seem to be there just for appearances, but they aren't effectively enforced or followed through in practice.
On a positive note, there are some great teachers at the school who genuinely care about the students and try their best to provide a positive and safe learning experience.
However overall, the lack of stability, support, consistency and poor leadership makes this school a challenging place for children to thrive. I would recommend looking into other options if you want your child to feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Major improvements could be done to School admin in particular
The school admin (Senior Campus) really needs to get their stuff together, an example from this year they had weeks of messed up timetables that they were very slow to fix, and had multiple timetable clashes for numerous kids causing un-needed stress.

Good kids don't leave for no reason.
