Literally no respect for anyone

been at chanel for over four years now. teachers are so shit, they don’t help or even understand their own teaching or work. the school is so strict on things like pericings, tattoos, make up and hair but teachers can walk around with facial pericings, purple hair(iykyk) and tattoos all over, so not really fair they force it on us but can’t even do it themselfs. the tuckshop is so shit right now too!!! chanel also doesn’t know how to deal with bulling or fights, bc you barely get in trouble hoesntly, and you have more of a chance going to planning room then actually been in class. i’ve been sent multiple times for things that weren’t me or had nothing to do with me.
the only good thing about chanel is the students. everyone is pretty nice and has a sense of humour which really makes school fun.

Overall an ok school but only in certain circumstances
Been at this school for 3 years and on my fourth now.
Personally not worth the fees and only going there for the music program. The classes are less inclusive and accommodative than at other schools and the rules are ridiculous Eg: no pearl earrings allowed. Most students end up helping each other out in class a lot more then the teachers due to rude students behaving badly and the teachers needing to attend to them more. The School councillors are unhelpful and the list is over 5 months long last I checked. Over the last 3 years my grade has dealt with unprofessional and rude teachers (I know most teenagers probably say this however) majority of them are awesome and I love most of them yet each year a teacher has had to be fired due to malpractice to or around students.

Good Times
This may seem sarcastic but it is not. There are so many suspensions, fights, vaping, bullying and other things. This keeps the school very interesting. The students and teachers are racist and homphobic which is very good. Teachers are so dumb you can do whatever you want. Attending is like going to a circus. Why wouldn't you go? There's a few slight negatives, as there is with anything. You have to do lots of prayer, the junior kids are all anime infested and skinny and short, and the senior girls are up themselves and snobby. Senior boys are so cool though. The other review of this school would be 5 stars if they thought that "teacher" was cool, but instead they accidentally clicked 1 star.

Shit school, shit teachers, legit hired a pedophile due to staffing issues, kids r always vaping or doing tiktoks in the bathroom, but it's okay cause we have daily prayer.

Bullying is a MASSIVE issue here and the school does nothing about it. And the year 7s and 8s have ZERO respect for anyone older than them, when we were year 7 we actually respected year 12s, and anyone older than us, but now they think they are so much better than everyone? Like pipe down u little shits, god damn.
The school got so bad after year 7 because now they accept anyone and everyone and it’s even worse than State. The teachers only care about grades and attendance and they don’t care about your mental health.
Literally wish I dropped out 💀
