Shitty school teachers don't listen or even help you
Shit school doesn't help when you get bullied to the point where you were going to commit suicide in the bathroom so they'd get investigated

Teachers:
Most of the staff are nice, and will atleast keep the class under control. Other teachers, however, let the students bully others and cause mayhem. In the classroom and outside.
Anti-Bullying Policy:
As most schools do, CTSHS has implimented a 'no bullying tolerance' policy at CTSHS. The only issue with this is it's not real. Most staff members INCLUDING the current PRINCIPAL will completely turn a blind eye when it comes down to any Homophobic, Sexist, Abelist, or Racists remarks, aswell as the constant violence targeted towards minorities (especially members of the LGBTQ+ community).
Other Schools:
There are no other public high schools in Charters Towers, this means that students whom aren't in a wealthy family are unable to change between schools. Thus, also leading to the fact that it's almost impossible to expell students as no private schools are willing to take students whom are known for being violent.
In conclusion, I will state the fact that Charters Towers State High School is NOT a safe school for you, or your child to attend.
