Cleveland District State High School

If you are a parent esp one from overseas please do not consider this school at all cost. They only care about money from international students and don't care about their well-beings at all. One of my friends was relentlessly bullied and the school did nothing to help her and Paul Bancroft the principal threatened to send her back home. She was a very academic and hard working student and even helped the school to look good academic wise but the school just took credit of it without thanking her. She once had a Year 12 English teacher telling her she had a thick accent and she couldn't understand her. That was incredibly rude and racist. Of course she had an accent she just moved to Australia. The school only sees international students as cash cows and if you are an International student there are plenty in the inner city that are much better quality such as Indooroopilly state high, Brisbane state high.

I forgot to mention I know someone who used to work as a Chinese language student teacher at this school. She once had a student shouting racist remarks at her while doing playground duties. She later got a job at Sheldon College and much happier.

And you know there is a reason they hide their Google reviews. It's because most of them are bad and they don't want people to see them.

Only remotely good thing is the school tuckshop. Teachers dont care about anything anymore. Admin loves yelling at students.

Too many people on crack. Teachers yell at you for being bullied lmao. Toliets are a jail cell.
