the school is kinda mid ngl, but some of the stuff that happens is funny. Like this one time some kid had a metal pole and tried to catch lightning, he was in his Percy Jackson era. and heaps of kids here are cracked on fortnite.
As a senior student of this school, I have seen a lot happen that hasn’t been properly dealt with. This school has a rat problem and an issue with students vandalising everything they can get their hands on with no consequence. Teachers also take a lot of time off which makes it difficult for those studying their HSC. The only good thing about this school is the canteen good and the few good teachers who actually care about giving an education and not giving us out dated videos containing information that has since been proven wrong for each lesson the teacher is away. This school also doesn’t care about sanitisation as they allow junior student groups to spend their entire lunches in the junior girls toilets to eat their lunch and scare younger years from using the toilets. They also allow construction work to happen during the week which is extremely loud and makes it hard to concentrate on any work.
Im a junior at chs and some of the teachers are absolutely horrible. My geography teacher can barely spell and yells at anything and everything, barely teaches us. It's stupid and I see no point in being a teacher if you can't teach. The geography teacher has also used explicit language towards us, including words like the n word. I cannot tolerate such language and especially with some coloured people in the class these words are unnecessary and unacceptable.
