Disappointed
Staff lose items and don't seem to care about following up. Personal items like shoes disappear. Hallways heated. Child are rooms cold. Kids are outside late afternoon on really cold days. Quite often pick up kids and have mo socks or shoes on in winter. He doesn't take his own shoes off. Have a early drop off as I work and still get charged early fee extra 20 bucks even though my drop off Time is 7. Overall disappointing.
