Do not actually care for student wellbeing, don't try to help, call parents about problems when students specifically ask them not to get parents involved for personal reasons, exclude students, teachers put in all effort into one or two kids when struggling students need it too, teachers get extremely angry when student/class doesn't do well in an exam. The list goes on and on
