Green Leaves is aptly named - it's a cash cow business. The daycare industry is definitely broken however not every company and centre prioritises money over every other need like Green Leaves does. Our daughter attended Green Leaves Seaford House for 6 months from age 9 months. From the beginning we had problems, from poor nutrition (salt & sugar not being factored for such young babies), poor sleep environments, under staffing, lost items, filthy environments, high staff turnover, massive communication issues, educators simply not being afforded the tools they need to do their jobs and much more. We absolutely LOVED the head educator in the nursery, we didn't want to leave and did everything we could to work with the centre and hope they would improve the environment. All we received was lip service from the centre and watched a passionate lead educator try to make the best out of scraps... We had enough and moved to another nearby private daycare that has been immensely better and even to our surprise marginally cheaper. We've experienced zero of the same issues, could not be happier. Such a shame because these early years are so vital to young children's lives, it's disappointing and quite frankly infuriating companies cash in and put money ahead of our children's needs. Save yourself time, money & stress and look for your daycare needs elsewhere
