If mediocrity was a school this would be it. If your child is a brainless thug then he will fit in well here -in fact he'll be rewarded. If not, avoid this shameful 'school' at all costs.

i want someone to listen and do something about this for once
it sucks, the time table sucks, seniors don’t get any privileges anymore and all the juniors are given ipads, it’s not fair and as a senior i want the old privileges of a senior example, study periods, early starts and early finnishes, our phones, etc. and i want it fixed right now because i feel like our student voice is so poor, i was part of the src (not anymore) but we had to have a meeting about phone pouches so we could put out our student voice about it but the principal already decided we were getting them and used this meeting to look like he had student voice where there was absolutely none. i want to move school. other than that we have some great teachers but our school as a whole needs to step up it’s game.
Ex student here,
Had to leave this school and seek other education because of the people there. It was full of eshays, smokers and bullies. There were fights every other week, constant vaping, people smoking bongs in the toilets and kids being picked on every day. I didnt feel like I went there to learn, it felt like i went there and had to SURVIVE. I became incredibly depressed, and made an attempt on my life. Im also now plagued by extreme social anxiety. I would not send my worst enemy here. The actual education was ok at best. The teachers were constantly interrupted and distracted by rude kids, they have no control.
The student/student interaction of kingy high is horrible
Former student here the bullying from kids is surprisingly high considering they supposedly “cracked down” on it yet nothing has changed and has since led to targeting outside of school I feel as though if they addressed the parents in meetings more it would greatly improve the school environment and make kids want to attend more. As for the educational aspect it was decent but lacked any sense of substance and was quite forgettable.
