The Kinross Culture
The school has many great teachers who are invested in their students and teach their subjects well. However, the culture at Kinross is inherently poor. Internalised racism and homophobia run rampant, predominantly stemming from the schools lack of education on the subject matters. The school also seems to ignore student voice and use charity as a form of advertisement. These are all fixable problems but the school seems unwilling to implement solutions without direct pushing from parents and students.
