Great school facilities wise, unfortunately the teaching staff is sub-par. I personally was a high achiever when I moved to Lakes but only a few months in I noticed that the educators of the school didn’t seem to have the ability to teach in an efficient matter. Discipline wise the school is a little strict and straining on students social development but that is to be expected at a Christian school. I’m my time I learned that many students and parents disagreed with the change in school admin specifically the principals but in my experience I found those new staff members really good and helpful towards students who stood out from the majority.
Absolutely shocking, Some of the teachers there are just plain racist. They don’t deserve a job there nor anywhere else for that matter, the way that these teachers treat students is just disgusting and disrespectful. Kids should be able to go to school and not worry about what could happen and they’re told that teachers will always be there for them, but how can that be when the teachers are the BULLIES.
The school is okay, as a student I have been quite happy with my learning. Until *** ****** came in. She started to change things that didn’t need changing, getting rid of staff that helped the students, removed things that we loved as a school in some desperate attempt to make it “better”. Canteen in banging though
