Mercedes College Springfield - Middle & Senior School Review
Absolutely fantastic school for education, learning, and generally flourishing as a student. Teachers and staff provide a strong support network for all students alike. Student representation in decision making for the school continues to grow, giving students experience for positions of leadership. New indoor area is being developed, which would cause indoor to also be 5-stars excellent once developed and for for students to use.
Unfortunately, the school cafe - with prices set by the school - is a blatant rip off, with prices set stupidly high due to the zero competition environment, causing many students to rather go hungry than buy the terribly overpriced food.
The school has both a strong academic and sporting culture, allowing students to grow academically while still attending the wide variety of activities offered. Additionally, the school remains close with its founding Catholic values (the school was founded by the sisters of mercy) with even a statue of Catherine McAuly near the main courtyard, and another in the rose garden.

Overall, fantastic school. A solid 8/10
