Awful school. Whilst they boast about their academics, PPHS is a cesspool for bullying, starting from the top. The principal told all year 7 students on their first day of highschool - “f up and you’re out IMMEDIATELY” (intimidation). The principal also had girls wearing skirts line up at an assembly and measure their skirt lengths, calling out girls whose skirts were shorter than others. (Humiliation, degradation, sexism, abuse of power). The office staff are horrible - the way they speak to students, disgusting. The entitlement of some of the employees at this school. How they come across bigger and better than everyone else. Sit tf down. One of the current male deputy principals, useless as tits on a bull. The lying from the schools staff members is disgusting. The uniform policy is ridiculous, especially being a state school. Teachers giving detentions to students because they have a bit of colour on the soles of their socks. Get a grip! They are trying to privatise this school, and it’s ridiculous. My child has copped nothing but abuse from this school. This school victimises the bullies, and punishes the victims. God forbid a student has had enough of severe bullying and reacts, leading to severe punishment. Meanwhile, the bully gets away with not even a slap on the wrist. The teachers use AI/ChatGPT to provide feedback to your children about their school work. The student supports they have in place are a load of nonsense. No matter how many parents complain and want change at this school and ask for help, nothing changes. The school needs to be held accountable for the negative behaviour and bullying they’re breeding in this school. Disgusting.

this school is so bad my property was stolen and i took it to court and they still didnt give me my money even after they lost the case and the amount of bulling is unreal i wanted to commit suicide because of all the bulling and the teachers did nothing to stop it also i am under spectrum and they made me do science pracs witch caused me to get suspended because i couldent control myself witch is why i cant do prac sincerly william cruickshank year 8

good facilities, awful uniform policies- literally forced everyone wearing a skirt to line up in front of everyone at a school assembly to have the length checked - public humiliation in my opinion

The school itself is great, great teachers, facilities, programs ect. But the principle dose seem to be trying to turn it into a private school, very strict uniform policy, a phone ban during school hours, and a few other things.

Learning side of this school is average, but the school itself only cares about reputation. They’re constantly telling us about not going to the park or up the road to the shops in our uniform. They claim they care about our mental health but they don’t. The principal will suspend/expel anyone. As long as you’ve done something wrong he’ll kick you out. On my first day he told me and the other students that “it’s a privilege to be here, and you have to prove that you can stay” The school wants to be a private school. They can’t afford to replace the soap and toilet paper in the bathroom but they can build a new million dollar building. Overall would not recommend anyone this school.
