I cannot stress this enough, do NOT send your children here, the teachers are kind but they do not care about things like racism, homophobia and derogatory slurs and offences, they don’t care about the mental health of students, they don’t care about children and their special needs, they don’t help the kids with special needs, they just send them to something called “the hub” where the disabled kids play all day and don’t really learn anything. my friend goes to this school, she watched her friend get beaten up by one of the grade 7 girls, the girl who beat up her friend, got only 3 DAYS suspension, please send your kids any where but here, stay safe ❤️ and do better Reece!

poor overall environment to be in
This school handles issues betweens students poorly and have outdated uniform policies that punish students for wearing whats comfortable regardless of access to school uniforms. staff are generally good however some are extremely disconnected from their environment and students. i am leaving the high school this year and can say with confidence that my experience here has been poor. grade leaders dont have genuine care for supporting you when you need it despite offering it.

the school is great, and it’s educational system works really well. but i believe they need to be somewhat stricter. i myself have gone on my phone during recess/lunch and not been caught. there are heaps of kids hanging out in the bathrooms, vaping and on their phones and even eating. i am a female in grade eight this year, and last year nearly ten females that i am friends with talked to a teacher about another girl in our grade. we all pitched in something yet she didn’t get even an internal. other than that, majority of staff is great, and really supportive with our learning. i may dislike it majority of the time, but it’s still a great system that you should be proud of. i hope that, if, you receive this letter, you may take more action on behaviour outside of class.
