I'd be very weary when choosing this centre to look after your babies. They claim "your children and family’s happiness, joy and wellbeing are our priority" but I had to sadly remove my son when his health, safety and wellbeing was compromised. So serious I had to make a complaint with the Education and Care Regulatory Unit.
When he started there, as a young baby, things were fantastic, he was thriving. But when their new Centre Manager started in March of this year, I immediately began to notice things fall apart. Permanent staff starting disappearing and same with the kids. You would think with the '14 years' experience she claims she has that you would know what you were doing right??
Apart from that, it's extremely hard for very young kids when there isn't consistent 'permanent' educators with them everyday and constantly have new inexperienced temporary staff looking after them. Relationships don't develop, it makes them anxious and positive childhood experiences aren't made.
Unfortunately these big chain childcare centres that keep popping up everywhere are just after your money, if you're looking for quality and peace of mind knowing your babies are going to be taken care of then stay away.
