St Augustine's College

The teachers are pretty alright, most are pretty average but about 5 of the teachers I’ve had are so passionate about what they teach and you can tell they care about the children they teach. The education is…. lacking. They do offer extension classes every few grades for the people who are good at math but thats it.

When it comes to programs, you have sport, drama, dance, and debating.

This may all sound good however. I was being harassed for a year and when I finally got the courage to inform staff they did NOTHING. Anyways its alright 7/10 maybe just because the people are nice, and some og the teachers are great.

It depends on what you want for your kids as to whether or not to send them to Stac, if they are serious athletes or into the arts I do recommend as stac has some really good programs that you should look into. however, academics fall through the cracks and are often deemed not as important in personal experience. Bullying isn’t a large issue here, still present but not very common or consistent. The focus on presentation takes precedence over learning or mental health. Stac is a good school, it has its issues like all but do your research first and determine what is important to your family and child first. Pay mind that I went to Stac for 12 years and experienced a lot of what the school has to offer however this is still only my personal experience.
