Unfortunately they don't seem to update their training about emotional regulation or conflict resolution. Very controlling of the children, "don't notice" a lot of things, meetings don't help. "Because I said so" mentality. Don't take strong or sensitive or neurodivergent kids here. Only the staff members with experience in disability understand their needs but they are controlled by the staff members who don't.
