Tyndale has a load of systems to support any learning difficulties, interior spaces for students to have lunch and recess in and the teachers actually care about students, the building itself is old but they are actively renovating it
Not good for mental health
Once i had hit senior school i had the worst time of my life.
I struggle with bad depression and anxiety and it would always affect my school work, motivation and just general energy, and it was a miracle i even went to school sometimes.
I had a meeting with some staff and we discussed my mental health issues and i thought we had come to the conclusion that if i was showing up and trying things would be okay, however i got pulled out of class for a minor uniform issue twice and got sent home the first time, and the second time got locked away in a small “classroom” away from all students and told i was not allowed to go out for recess or lunch.
The first incident was because i put clear, small jewellery in my septum piercing as flipping it up and down in/out of my nose everyday was becoming painful. The second incident was because i wore track pants 2 days in a row with a note as it was very cold and i didnt not own the schools PE pants because i didnt do PE.
Overall, was not a good school experience
