The teachers are 50/50 personally some of the teachers I’ve had have been wonderful and still check in on me and always care about their students and their well being other teachers can be quite rude, and treat the children with no respect but expect it back. Bullying could be taken care of better by the school better and fixing up some of the bathroom facilities, 98% of the bathroom doors have a large enough gap I could fit half my hand in it which leaves us students with very little privacy and constant worry that someone will see us while we are vulnerable. Also because of the ex-student Arliya I believe the school needs to do a better job of watching who comes into the school because she has entered many times even with the expulsion threatening to harm students.
My time at this school was deeply exhausting and terrible to the point I ended up moving to a completely different school at the end of 10th grade. The teachers are unkind to students and refuse to offer any help when they are aware of bullying or mental health issues and the Principal encourages everyone to be themselves yet does not address severe bullying especially when it comes to people of colour, the lgbtq+ community and more. The school continues to insist that they provide a safe environment to learn for everyone, no matter age/gender/sexuality/skin colour, but they fail to prove this statement time and time again.
