What I think of my high school
I have realised that no matter how much you suspend the kids for bullying or vapping in the toilet and then them trying to hide it in a kids bag they just go do it again and again like they had this vapping lesson and more kids than normal got suspend for vapping but what always worse most of them were vapping drune it.
waikerie highschool
i am currently a year 12 student at waikerie highschool. while the classes are decent and the education is amazing, the students on the other hand, are not so nice.
unfortunately, there is alot of bullying (cyber, physical, mental, etc) from most of the kids, especially the grade 9s, 10s and 11s. the worst part is that no matter how many suspensions, expelling, lunchtime detentions or talks there are, it just doesnt stop. the teachers are fantastic when it comes to seperating certain students, but like i said, it doesnt stop but that is just teenage behaviour i suppose.
nobody obeys the phone policy and dont get me started on the amount of people that vape in class. it makes so many people sick and it is getting to the point that teachers are standing in the car park from 8am until the bell rings for homeroom. the worst part is that most if not all of the kids that are vaping are under 16 years old. they range from year 7 to year 10 and it is so bad for them.
besides all of these issues, waikerie highschool is a decent, flexible school that treats every kid equally.
