Disgusting school. Rubbish everywhere. I’m not talking about litter, I’m talking about the kids. Disgusting fowl mouthed teenagers walking around like they own the place. Repeat offenders of violence allowed back in to walk freely while victims have to move else where because the teachers don’t care and tell the victims “maybe they fancy you” when they try to report. When I started grade 7 my parents moved over that way so I could go to this “amazing school” called woodcrest. Now I realise it’s only got the name of “amazing” because all the victims are silenced.

Do not send your children here, it is pretty much one of the worst schools in Ipswich. The behaviour is a joke from some students and I've experienced it first hand. I've been bullied since I've been here since mid 2016. Mostly it has been on recent matters on my own behalf but some have been just because I'm of Aboriginal heritage or that I have mental "challenges" such as ASD and ADHD and more. The toilets are a joke, most of them are broken and there is only 1 open throughout the entire school and sometimes you'd be caught up having to go do your business and the toilet that's open is at the other side of the school. The vapes and drug problem is a constant concern for me as people are dealing out in the open during break or class time. There are some good teachers there, however some are just there to test your limits, especially the HODs of some subjects where they have rejected extensions for students that had serious issues to attend to and the teachers just don't give a crap. The principals of the school are the same. I think the only good principal at the school was Mr Barlow who is no longer at the school, he dealt with everything in a calmer matter than the current ones. He was a good man who respected that some people have problems with life. Especially when it comes to finance and uniforms. He was strict on uniforms but he also understood if some students didn't have the money to have the correct uniform for that day.

I beg you, do not send your children here.

This school is honestly garbage, don't send your kids here, I'm currently enrolled and this school is a joke. Only 1 bathroom open because all the other ones are broken, the bullying is a joke and teachers and principals don't do jack. Kids doing drugs in the open. Don't send your kids here.

A handful of teachers at this school are amazing, but the majority do not teach and are only there to discriminate against children. HOD does not care about the issues and drama that children have, including serious threats that have been given by other students. The cafeteria food is stale, hard and not worth the price, they never have enough for students and aren’t organised enough to stop students from going through other peoples bags. There are not enough benching for students, most seats are broken or removed. The ceilings of classrooms are falling apart, most classrooms are missing half the panels. They refuse to turn the air conditioners on and they are constantly under reconstruction, even on 40 degree days. They say that it’s important for us to be there but the classrooms are across the school from one another and the secondary office is near the primary school. Honestly not worth coming to this school, they treat kids horribly and children have no respect here.
