Not only do they have no real understanding, or compassion for the children with additional needs there, they also have some Educators there that have no experience with children at all.
Their cook has no qualifications in Hospitality and does not follow hygiene procedures- Cooks for the children with hair hanging in her face (I found her hair in children's food once), always has long nails when cooking, does not wash hands in between cooking, cooks with a bin that is full to the top with rubbish with the lid off and flies in the kitchen.
Their co-ordinator shows a lot of favouritism towards certain staff members and disrespectful children.
No disrespectful behaviour from a child to an educator or towards other children is
ever resolved by educators or the co-ordinator in this centre.
There is a lot of bullying from children towards educators and children towards other children.
I would not recommend paying the amount of money that you would be for their services as they only pose for when audits come around, the rest of the time they are inaccurate in how they deal with conflict, and lazy with reflections on how to better their management of children, Educators there have now been forced to do daily reflections of how to better handle situations in the centre to make themselves look legitimate in their care as they were too lazy to do it beforehand.
There has even been a Prep child that has gone missing from lack of duty of care from this centre.
Alot of nasty, and cliquey staff members work here, and are ingenuine with how they handle situations in the centre.
